Search & filters

This article explains how to search for document processing instances and apply filters to refine results.

You can use the Search and Filter panel located at the top of the Document Processing page to quickly find relevant instances based on specific parameters.

The Search bar allows you to find instances using the following parameters:

  • Ticket or EMD number – in any format
  • PNR number associated with the document
  • Airline code – 2-letter IATA code
  • IATA number

You can enter multiple values for each parameter by separating them with spaces.

Filters

To apply additional criteria, use the Filter panel. It can be used together with the search bar or as a standalone filtering tool.

Available filter parameters

  • Document type – Ticket or EMD
  • Processing status – Active or Completed
  • IATA number
  • GDS – e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, NDC
  • Scheme name – limited to: Ticket Processing, EMD Processing
  • Tags – Document tags, Instance tags
  • Coupon status – select a status from the list; choose whether it applies to at least one coupon or all coupons
  • Errors – filter instances with errors; requires selecting a time period
ℹ Note: After running a search, applied parameters are displayed in the top bar. Filters remain active even after page refresh or closing and reopening the page.

Error filtering

When filtering by errors:

  • Results include all error types: warnings, critical errors
  • Enable Critical errors only to display only instances where processing was interrupted due to an error

A time period must be specified when using error filters.

Resetting filters

You can reset filters in two ways:

  • Remove individual parameters using the “×” in the search bar
  • Click Reset in the filter panel to clear all settings

Additional actions

  • Refresh – update the data displayed
  • Export to file – download all or filtered results
  • Ingest – manually trigger document processing based on a selected scheme

Final tips

  • Combine search and filters for faster results: use the search bar to narrow down the dataset, then apply filters for precise segmentation
  • Use multiple values to speed up investigations: combine multiple ticket numbers, PNRs, and airline codes in a single query
  • Always define a period when working with errors: a time range improves performance and ensures more relevant results
  • Use Critical errors only for operational issues: quickly identify cases where processing was interrupted and requires manual attention
  • Leverage tags for recurring workflows: filtering by tags can be one of the fastest ways to segment and monitor specific document sets
  • Clear filters before starting a new search: since filters persist after page reload, always reset them to avoid working with outdated criteria
